Refund & Exchange Policy
We offer a 2-day return window, starting from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice. Used items will not be accepted.
Valid reasons for return or exchange include:
- Damaged products or wrong items received.
- Seal is broken upon delivery.
- Product is expired upon arrival.
Note: Items purchased during a sale or under the “gifting” category are non-returnable and non-refundable.
If your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from the original delivery address, and notify you of the pickup date.
For exchanges, replacement items are delivered within 3–5 business days post pick-up.
For delivery-related issues, contact us within 48 hours of the order being marked delivered.
Order Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations are only possible before the product is shipped. Approved cancellations will receive a full refund. Fresh Field reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons such as stock issues, pricing errors, or concerns with customer information.
Refund Process
Please record a video while unboxing your package, clearly showing the label and contents, to help with any missing item claims.
If your refund request is approved:
- The item will be picked up in its original packaging.
- Once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed accordingly.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
We ship across India and selected other locations via trusted courier partners. Only standard shipping is currently offered. Delivery takes 2 to 15 days, depending on location.
Fresh Field may cancel any order within 48 hours of placement.
